I don't have an email account. How do I register my Road Angel product?

I've forgotten my password

Simply, from within the order system, click the "Forgotten Password button" and then on the next page, put your email address that you registered your Road Angel with, into the field "Forgotten Password" press the Next Button and you will receive an email (at your registered email address) with your login details. If you receive a message saying that you email address cannot be found or cannot be recognised please see how to "Retrieve Your Login Details"

Not a problem. Simply click the link on Option 2 on the login page Click here to retrieve your details and enter your Road Angel serial (8 digits) and your postcode (that you registered with) and click the Next Button. If the system is unable to retrieve your details, please check that you have entered the correct details and if you have moved house recently please try your old postcode as we may not have your new details online.

I've used the Login Retrieval Function but my postcode or serial number hasn't been recognised


Have you registered your Road Angel ? If not close checkout/login window and return to the main site and register your Road Angel unit.

Did you buy your Road Angel as a pre-owned unit ? You will have to email customer service with your full name, the unit serial number, your registered email address and postcode and also provide us with the new owner details; full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

On very rare occasions, it's possible that you might not be able to retrieve your details even if your unit has already been registered. If this occurs please sales@blackspot.com and confirm the following information: Your full name, Street Address, Postcode, Serial Number, Email Address, Daytime Telephone Number. We will then email you back and confirm your login details.
